Issuer has the following obligations: 

• To submit the reports specified by the "Rules for the inclusion of securities in the listing, maintenance in the listing, delisting and organization of trade in Baku Stock Exchange"
• To disclose the information provided for by the legislation and in the "Rules for the inclusion of securities in the listing, maintenance in the listing, delisting and organization of trade"
• To comply with the liability measures established by the listing committee of the Exchange
• To make timely payments in accordance with the agreement and the rules of the Exchange
• To get acquainted with the "Rules for listing, maintaining, delisting and trading of securities at Baku Stock Exchange"
