Listing requirements at Baku Stock Exchange

Before issuing securities on the stock exchange, the issuer first applies for listing on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). Securities traded on the Baku Stock Exchange are listed in 2 (two) market segments ( Main segment and Standard segment ) based on financial, accountability, transparency and corporate governance indicators of the issuers, and each segment reflects the company's level of development. After listing on the BSE, the securities are presented to the investor base and placement is executed.

List of Documents for Listing Application:

For the admission of Securities to trading on the Exchange through the public placement method the issuer or its authorized representative must submit the following documents:

• Form-1 (application form for admission to trade) (Application 1)
• Issuance prospectus (or information memorandum)
• Extract from the State Register of Securities
• Financial statements (as applicable to the segment)
