National Depository Center (NDC) is a non-commercial legal entity established by the financial markets control body as the central depository of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The main purpose of NDC is to organize and coordinate the work of the depository system, which maintains the securities in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, records ownership and other rights over them, as well as the registration of transactions related to securities.
