He began his career at the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan, ventured into private equity, and later worked in Saudi Arabia at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector. Upon returning to Azerbaijan, he contributed significantly to the investment banking and brokerage sector at PASHA Group. Before his current role, he gained expertise at the Boston Consulting Group as a consultant. Mr. Khalilov holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from CFA Institute from 2018.

Ogtay Gasimov, appointed Chief Commercial Officer at the Baku Stock Exchange in November 2023, leads business development, fosters key relationships in capital markets, and oversees marketing. With a banking career since 2005, now he’s focusing on trading, treasury management, and capital markets. Before his current role, Mr. Gasimov served as a wealth manager at Pasha Private Banking, offering tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients. A distinguished graduate of Azerbaijan State Economic University in 2007, he holds a master's in banking and finance. Ogtay Gasimov has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from CFA Institute since 2023.

Mehman Ramazanov is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at the Baku Stock Exchange, holding the position of Chief Financial Officer, With a career spanning from 1997 to 2023, he has held various finance and accounting positions in companies both in Azerbaijan and abroad, demonstrating a wealth of experience in the field. Furthermore, he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation by successfully passing all three exams, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in financial analysis and investment management.
