On April 24, 2025, the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) decided to grant "Admission to Trade" for the bonds of "Kapital Bank" OJSC.
The subscription of the mentioned bonds was carried out within 20 calendar days, starting on 02.05.2025, and was completed on May 21.
The placement of the bonds of "Kapital Bank" OJSC by subscription took place on 23.05.2025.
