In accordance with the legislation, Article 1.5 of the "Regulations on the Requirements for the Prospectus and Information Memorandum" stipulates that for multiple bond issuances planned within one year, the issuer must prepare a base prospectus. The requirements specified in Article 2.1 of these Regulations fully apply to the base prospectus.

The bond prospectus of BOKT “International” ASC with ISIN code AZ2029021022 was approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on April 4, 2025, while the application for admission to trading was submitted on May 22, 2025. The period between these dates exceeds one year, which contradicts the applicable regulatory requirements. Therefore, the related documentation is not considered legally valid.

Taking the above into account, it has been decided that:
The “Admission to Trading” decision for the securities of BOKT “International” ASC with ISIN AZ2029021022 shall not be granted.
