On October 22, 2024, the Baku Stock Exchange and the Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs organized an event dedicated to "Alternative Financing Instruments through Securities" for the corporate sector.

The event was opened with a speech by Oktay Qasımov, the Chief Commercial Officer of the Baku Stock Exchange, who emphasized how the local capital market can contribute to the sustainable development of companies, the access to long-term and stable financial resources, and the strategic use of this market to achieve corporate goals. Ziya Hacılı, an advisor to the president of ASK, welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of local entrepreneurs being informed about alternative financial instruments for their development.

Following that, Anjela Ramazanova, head of the Listing Department of the Baku Stock Exchange, shared valuable insights on the development prospects of capital markets and the significant opportunities available for the corporate sector. The event also addressed new trends and investment opportunities that will shape the future of Azerbaijan's changing financial ecosystem.
