On November 12, 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Baku Stock Exchange and AZCHEMCO at the COP29 conference. This agreement ensures the financing through capital markets, including the issuance of green bonds.

The purpose of signing the document is to ensure cooperation and partnership relations between the parties in areas of mutual interest.

The memorandum envisages sustainable development of the company through the capital markets and the support of the Baku Stock Exchange in this direction.

It is worth noting that "AZCHEMCO" LLC company presents an innovative project related to the restoration of saline soils in Azerbaijan at COP29 conference. The innovative project of converting salinized land into farmland will help reduce the impact of agriculture on climate change.
