On July 23, 2025, the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) decided to grant "Admission to Trade" for the stock of "ALPA" OJSC.
Subscription of "ALPA" OJSC lasted from August 15, 2025 to August 19, 2025 (3 business days).
The placement of the mentioned shares by subscription method was completed on August 20, 2025 at the Baku Stock Exchange.
According to clause 3.17.3 of the "Rules for Admission to Trading, Listing, Maintenance in Listing and Delisting of Securities on the Baku Stock Exchange", the Issuer must have audited financial statements for at least the last one (1) year, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the IFRS and audited by international audit firms. Since the Issuer does not meet this requirement, the securities are not accepted for listing.
