The Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has made a decision to delist the shares of “Plato Capital and Co. İnvestment Company” OJSC with the ISIN code AZ1002019797.

The decision was made in accordance with paragraph 14.4 of the “Rules for Admission to Trading, Listing, Keeping and Delisting of Securities at Baku Stock Exchange.” According to this paragraph, the issuer is required to hold the relevant license as defined by legislation for activities subject to licensing. By the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 12, 2024, the license of “Plato Capital and Co. Investment Company” OJSC was revoked due to its failure to eliminate violations in its operations and to comply with mandatory instructions. For this reason, taking into account the relevant regulatory requirements, the decision to delist the shares has been deemed appropriate.

Additionally, we inform you that according to the Exchange's rules, when a decision is made regarding the delisting of securities maintained in the listing, this information is disclosed to the public within 1 (one) business day. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the rules, the decision to delist the shares will come into force 2 (two) months after the date of public disclosure.
