The Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has made a decision to delist the shares of “Bakı Sığorta” OJSC with the ISIN code AZ1005005991.

The decision was made in accordance with paragraph 14.4 of the “Rules for Admission to Trading, Listing, Keeping and Delisting of Securities at Baku Stock Exchange.” According to this paragraph, the issuer is required to hold the relevant license as defined by legislation for activities subject to licensing. Since the insurance license of “Bakı Sığorta” OJSC was revoked by the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan upon voluntary request, and taking into account the non-fulfillment of the relevant requirement, a decision was made to delist the shares.

Additionally, we inform you that according to the Exchange's rules, when a decision is made regarding the delisting of securities maintained in the listing, this information is disclosed to the public within 1 (one) business day. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the rules, the decision to delist the shares will come into force 2 (two) months after the date of public disclosure.
