On May 27, 2025, a marketmaker agreement has been concluded between “Baku Stock Exchange” CJSC and “Unicapital Investment Company” OJSC for the bonds of “Unibank Commercial Bank” OJSC with the state registration number AZ2018002025. Under this agreement, “Unicapital Investment Company” OJSC will determine daily bid and ask prices within a 5.00% (five percent) quotation spread for the mentioned bonds in the secondary market. Additionally, the company undertakes to provide corresponding quotations in the Exchange’s trading system with bid and ask obligations of no less than the equivalent of 50,000 (fifty thousand) AZN on its own account.

It should be noted that “Unicapital Investment Company” OJSC also acts as the marketmaker for the bonds of “Unibank Commercial Bank” OJSC with the state registration number AZ2017002026.
