On July 9, 2025, the winners of the fourth "Yuksalish" Competition, Ismayil Huseynov and Sanan Mustafayev, paid an introductory visit to the Baku Stock Exchange. The visit was organized within the framework of the Mentorship Program initiated by Mr. Taleh Kazimov, Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the winners with the activities of the Baku Stock Exchange, one of the key institutions of the country's financial markets, and to provide them with practical knowledge on corporate governance, capital markets, and stock exchange operations. During the meeting, the management team of the BSE delivered a comprehensive presentation on the Exchange’s main areas of activity, ongoing reforms, strategic initiatives, and future plans. Particular emphasis was also placed on the Exchange’s efforts toward deepening financial markets, enhancing investor education, and strengthening international cooperation.

Following the presentation, the guests had the opportunity to meet employees from various departments of the BSE and learn firsthand about their daily operations, responsibilities, and ongoing projects. These interactive sessions included open discussions, during which participants' questions were addressed in detail.

At the end of the visit, the winners of the "Yuksalish" Competition met with Mr. Ruslan Khalilov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Baku Stock Exchange. During the meeting, high-level discussions took place, valuable advice was shared on personal and professional development, and the guests received key messages about the strategic importance of financial markets.
