The unsecured title common shares of "Azer Turk Bank" OJSC are being delisted with the ISIN code AZ1003004426 in connection with the increase in their nominal value at the expense of the issuer's retained earnings, and the new unregistered ordinary shares with the ISIN code AZ1004004425 are being admitted to the Standard Market Listing segment due to their compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.17 of the "Rules for Admission to Trading, Listing, Maintenance in Listing and Delisting of Securities on the Baku Stock Exchange".

It should be noted that according to the "Rules for Admission to Trading, Listing, Holding in Listing and Delisting of Securities on the Baku Stock Exchange", partial listing within one issue is not allowed and listing must be carried out on the basis of total capitalization.
