On January 16, 2025, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), a decision was issued to “Permit to Accept for Trading” for the listing of the bonds of “Global Energy Solutions” LLC. The subscription of the bonds of “Global Energy Solutions” LLC began on January 21, 2025, lasted for 14 days, and was completed on February 3.
The placement of the mentioned bonds on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription method was completed on February 7, 2025.
Since the trading results of the securities of “Global Energy Solutions” LLC with ISIN code AZ2001025884 do not comply with the requirements arising from paragraphs 3.19 and 3.20 of the “Admission to Trading, Listing, Maintenance on Listing, Suspension of Trading, Delisting of Securities” rules, the said securities were not added to the listing list.
