On 26 November 2025, the 20th International “Caspian Investment Forum” was held with the joint organization of the Caspian Energy Club and the Azerbaijan National Business Association, and the official partnership of the Baku Stock Exchange and the main partnership of the ABB Invest.

Held under the theme “A Wave of Innovation in the Bond Market,” the Forum brought together speakers who discussed alternative methods of raising capital through securities, their advantages over other financing instruments, as well as current challenges related to the secondary market circulation of issued securities.

At the Forum, the Director of the Operations Department of the Baku Stock Exchange, Mətin Yolçiyev, delivered a speech as a panelist in the session titled “Secondary Market Circulation of Securities.” The panel also featured contributions from Ramin Nurahmadov, a Member of the Management Board of the National Depository Center; Selom Tetteh, Vice President for Strategic Business Development at DriveWealth; and Ketevan Toidze, Deputy Chair of the Management Board at Galt & Tagga.

The forum served as a platform for discussing the development in the financial and investment areas not only of Azerbaijan, but also of the region as a whole. The event brought together international organizations, financial experts, and representatives of various sectors interested in economic development, creating an opportunity for the exchange of views and strategic discussions.
