On December 29, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), bonds of "Kapital Bank" OJSC with an issue volume of 25,000,000 (twenty five million) USD were listed in the main market segment.
Placement of the mentioned bonds at the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription was completed on January 24, 2025.
