On October 8, 2025, the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) held a meeting to review the application submitted by “Azer Türk Bank” OJSC regarding the change in the nominal value of its stocks.

According to the Committee’s decision, due to the nominal value adjustment of the securities with ISIN code AZ1005004424, these stocks will be replaced with the securities bearing ISIN code AZ1004004425 issued by “Azer Türk Bank” OJSC.

In According to the decision, the nominal value of the securities with ISIN code AZ1004004425 has been set at 2.01 AZN (two manats and one qəpik) per stock, while the number of placed securities has been determined at 50,000,000 (fifty million) units.

The decision comes into force as of October 8, 2025.

It should be noted that this change was carried out based on the application submitted by “Azer Türk Bank” OJSC through the Central Bank’s electronic portal on October 6, 2025.
