On May 23, 2025, Finance and Investment Forum was held in partnership with Baku Stock Exchange.

The forum commenced with opening remarks by Mr.Tarlan Rasulov, General Director of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Mr. Azer Mursalov, Director of the Public Debt and Financial Liabilities Management Agency under the Ministry of Finance; and Mr. Orkhan Baghirov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan Capital Markets Association (ACMA).

The keynote speakers Mr. Ogtay Gasimov, Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of BSE and Ms. Aziza Bayzhanova, Head of the Issuer and Investor Relations Department of KASE, delivered presentations on topics such as institutional development in capital markets, alternative financing instruments, the role of technological innovations, and digitalization.

During the forum, two panel discussions were held with the participation of local and international experts: “The Power of Investment and Emerging Trends” and “Successful Investment Decisions.” Dilan Pamir, Head of Investment Banking at Kalkınma Yatırım Bankası, and Seçil Yıldız, Deputy General Director and Sustainability & Impact Leader, shared their professional experiences at the panel The speaker lineup included market participants, economists, analysts, and investors from both local and international communities, who examined the resilience and growth potential of Azerbaijan’s financial markets in the context of global economic shifts.

The forum aimed to promote the development of capital markets, enhance financial literacy, improve the investment climate, and foster the integration of Azerbaijan’s markets into global trends. It provided a vital platform for dialogue among representatives of public institutions, leading financial organizations, banks, investment companies, the stock exchange, entrepreneurs, and media professionals.

The forum was held through the joint organization of the Azerbaijan Capital Markets Association (ACMA) and Facemark.
