On April 18, 2025, a delegation from the Baku Stock Exchange met with representatives of the STP Group of Companies at the Sumgait Technologies Park.
This meeting took place within the framework of the existing memorandum of cooperation between the Baku Stock Exchange and the STP Group. The memorandum also covers the Listing Advisory Program (LAP), which is part of broader efforts to develop the securities market in the Republic of Azerbaijan and to promote corporate financing through local capital markets.

Within the framework of the LAP, the Baku Stock Exchange supports the participant company with advisory services related to exchange operations and securities issuance tailored to its needs. In addition, the Exchange invites the participant to training sessions organized by LAP partners on capital markets, provides detailed information about member investment companies, and offers further recommendations related to the issuance of securities.

At the end of the visit, the Baku Stock Exchange delegation toured the “STP Polymer” and “STP Global Cable” facilities and discussed steps to further strengthen the cooperation between both sides.
