Baku Stock Exchange participated in the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Signatory Companies Training, held on June 11–12, 2025, in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Organized by UN Women Georgia to support private sector engagement in advancing gender equality and women’s economic empowerment, the training brought together representatives from WEPs signatory companies across the region. The sessions focused on practical strategies for implementing the seven Women’s Empowerment Principles, measuring progress, and adopting international best practices.
Participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops, peer discussions, and case studies, all designed to enhance organizational approaches to gender inclusion, leadership diversity, and workplace equity.
By taking part in this initiative, Baku Stock Exchange reaffirms its commitment to fostering inclusive and equitable work environments, and contributing to a more sustainable and gender-equal future in the financial sector.
