On January 13, 2025, a market-making agreement was signed between "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and "Troni Investment Company" CJSC for the shares of "International Bank of Azerbaijan" OJSC, with the state registration number AZ1004004581. Under this agreement, "Troni Investment Company" CJSC will determine daily buy and sell prices for these shares on the secondary market within a price corridor not exceeding 10%. Additionally, the company will place buy and sell orders in the Exchange's trading system in its own name, for an amount not less than the equivalent of 50,000 AZN.

As a result, the number of market makers for the shares of "International Bank of Azerbaijan" OJSC has increased to three, comprising "Unicapital Investment Company" OJSC, "INVEST-AZ Investment Company" CJSC, and "Troni Investment Company" CJSC.
